In my opinion, no. The credit card is already on file and has already been taking payments. Since the number is still the same, I don't see a reason why you need to change the address on file if everything is still running smooth. It's not like Public Mobile mails out information to you. 🙂 I'd suggest waiting to see if the next payment comes out. If it does, then you need to do nothing. If the payment doesn't come out, which I don't see happening as it should come out, then you can change it.
