@madridiana- There are some numbers in the US that can't be called. Are you putting a 1 in front for any and all calls?

I have the $50.00 plan, but I keep being told that my call cannot be completed as I have used all available minutes. My new month started yesterday.

@gbranscombe23 you have a 50 or 60,70 dollar plan with canada and Us calling right?your plan cannot change unless they give you at least a 30 day notice they just forgot to add that today it's still there if you like you can open a ticket with a cs agent to confirm
you will need to open a ticket, to speak to a customer service agent Click here or if you are having issues with Simon you can send private message to a CS Agent here: https://bit.ly/2GGCJzH

Most expensive Plans did have unlimited Can/US talk. If you have it, do not change it. When all glitches are resolved we will see what new Plans offer for Real! Currently I would not trust Plan descriptions on PM site.

That plan is an old plan which was gone a long time ago.
You are grandfathered on this plan if you are still on it.

@gbranscombe23 , that plan was only offered for a very short period of time. It has been around for a long time. Generally there are no changes to the 3G speed plans. The 4G speed plans are all new.
