Hi. I’ve placed an order for a new SIM card and it’s two weeks past due. Website reported my card shipped with Canada Post.
Absolute silence since then. No tracking, no regards.

@victorheller it could take up to 3 weeks for PM to deliver. You can open a ticket with PM support and ask for an update
