I requested to change my plan before my renewal date but it didn’t happen.

did you use Change Now option?

did it give you an error about payment?

or did you use Change on Renewal and today is the renewal day and you don't see the new plan? if it is the case, it could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

@Macuser007  Might just be cache issue if you log into the public mobile app and swipe down from top of the screen it should refresh and show the proper plan , if not then get support to investigate 

you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen  or send  a  private message   To CS_Agent
