I was trying to change my plan for a couple of weeks now and had money in the account but it wouldnt let me change my plan!!!! My renewal came out this morning and now it will let me change it but its asking me to pay for the whole month again. Can someone please help me upgrade my bill and help me change plans because it's the first day of my month and i have enough funds to cover the difference. Its not fair that i would have to pay and basically throw this month away. I have been trying to change the plan but it always froze or redirected me. Thank you fpr your time

I tried to submit a ticket. Thank you so much for your time. Hopefully im able to get some help and solve this problem

Yea i have been. I have been trying to change since before the offer was made for the student plan

Well shoot, you have been having this issue for changing plans for weeks now @Eliblazer !?
It may have been a cache/cookie issue, or not knowing that those yellow arrows can be tricky to click down to select plans.
Since your renewal was today, and your plan already renewed, as CSA if they can fix this up for you to change to the plan you actually wanted without paying extra fees (at this point).
Submit a ticket to CSA. Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

use browser from computer,/clear cache/cookies/use one page inPrivate mode,
or safari on private mode To Login Page
and go to Plan & Add-ons, and scroll the plans using the down and up arrows on the far right. select the plan you want, and select ‘Change plan now’ then you pay full price plan, or ‘Change plan on renewal date’..to you not losing any money..
if want to contact PM support team by private message > CS_Agent to ask them maybe to cove the plan cost to them can be did for you from them end you know.

You have the optoin of pre-sechduling a change from your Self Serve account, but consideration for making a change now without losing the money that was paid for your existing plan, you'll need to open a ticket and ask a customer support agent about this.
