Hi everyone.. I changed my plan on the first day of my monthly billing cycle and I later realized they charged me for my previous plan as well as new plan. Is this normal being charged twice on the same day?
Can someone guide me what I can do to get a refund for previous plan please?
Thanks in advance

@Div , to add to what @hycm53 said, in the future when selecting to change plan’s don’t select change plan now or you will lose money & can not get partial refunds for any days left of your 30 day plan. Public Mobile is a prepaid provider & normally do not provide refunds. Please select to change plans on renewal date a few days in advance so you don’t pay twice. With that said where it was a mistake I think they may make an exception for you this time. I have made my share of mistakes & I know I will make many more! 🤣

You should change new plan at renewable date, then you wouldn't get charge twice.
You can chat with Simon for refund, if Simon can’t help, he would let you submit a ticket.
