I upgraded to the 4G/15GB plan last month. 

problem is my account plan still says 3G/5GB but the chatbot Simon says I’m 4G/15GB.  

Is this a common bug?

Should be a cache issue. Try incognito mode.

You need to login with incognito mode to solve that issue. It's probably the most asked question

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

The help people has replied to my ticket.  Apparently it’s a synchronization error.
