As a loyal customer, I would like to make a plan change for the 4G 10 gig $29,00 plan. I don't understand why it is reserved for new customers only. Not a good strategy to not reward current users who have been loyal to the company for years.

It's VERY COMMON in the mobile service provider world that the goal is to attract new customers, while maintaining existing customers.
They do this by dangling 'carrots' to new customers.
Indeed, you could move providers, and some do so routinely to get a deal. But you have to ask yourself if moving regularly is worth your while.
Public Mobile tends to throw out deals or specials this time of year, so make sure to refer to the Announcements sections here PM Announcements to stay atop of any specials.
Recommend checking in once every couple of days for the next couple of weeks for any special offers.
Also, make sure to check current plan offerings here, PM Plans, every couple of days.

hi @ddgermain the plan is for new activation only. All carriers like to give the better deals to attract new subscribers. But PM sometimes will extend the offer to existing customers too. Wait and see and hope
