Hello, I just activated my SIM card recently. I plugged in my SIM card after activation and tried to call someone. A message played back saying "talk is not included in your current plan". I have paid $120 for first 90 days. My current plan on the website states that I am enrolled as: Pick & Pay $10 per 30 Days (NOT SURE WHY). I am a new user who switched from Freedom Mobile. I am looking forward to the exclusive plan that is offered to Freedom customers only. When will this take place?

Once activated, your data plan will be upgraded from 6GB per 90 days to 12GB per 90 days within 72 hours.

The 6gb reach the120$ cost.then message the mods telling what happened. There are a couple posts with users who were in your same situartion.

Select 6gb plan. And once things get settle you will get 6gn bonus within 72 hours.

With ongoing promo, do I select 6GB data or 12GB? The price does not seem to make sense when I select 12GB.

Top up you available funds to 120 then change plan to the one you wanted. Usually tge top up is about 10$. Mods will rfund u the 10 once things settle down.

It's a common bug while activation lots of peoples having.
Send a msg to mod they will look after you soon hopefully. Be patience since mod have lots of work load on them but they will resolve your issue.
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* PM SIM card number
* Detailed explanation

What you do click on link the webpage will open. You will see a mod team click on any name then scroll down all the way and click on send a private msg then explain your problem
