Hi, so my plan is expired and I am unable to use the service.
I have been on autopay the whole time with Public and the CC is years away from expiring. This is what I'm seeing. Why is this so? Frankly this is quite ridiculous that I'm having so much trouble paying for a service that should be working.

Hmm, it seems as if Public has fixed the glitch in their systems. The balance shows up and I was able to pay in full. Thanks for the help!

@Benny4078 Try enabling/disabling the Lost/stolen phone feature. This has worked for some to trigger the renewal.
