What happens if Payment doesn't go through on your renewal date when you have a Change of Subscription automatically taking place?
When you update your payment method or add a voucher, will it automatically continue to renew the Upcoming Subscription on it's own still?

I think we are on the right track.
So, if you knew already, why waste people's time??
I guess I know the answer, but hey...

I also seen what happens yesterday as a Referrals account which was scheduled for Plan Change had a failed payment, when signing in it said his current plan was the one we had scheduled the change for and when we made payment the new plan was working.
I think we are on the right track.

Late to the party...
This is from an account we scheduled the plan change and then let lapse payment on purpose. From another recent account re-activation after putting in suspesion, as soon as enough funds are added, the plan currently in the subscription banner (in this case the 90day/90GB) will become active again.
I have not tried a plan change out of suspension, though.
Obviously there can still be YMMV around here? So any actions taken based on this post are at your own risk.

Just don't risk a failure. Make sure there's going to be enough balance to pay the new plan cost. Use the screenshots as proof that you did schedule the change.

What if you scheduled your plan to change to a 'Promotional' one, it doesn't and renews your old one with the Promo Plan you wanted no longer being available?
With a screenshot, would CSA be able to manually change the Plan from the backend?

@Priority It most likely will revert to the old plan . But when switching up in price (higher priced plan) it’s good practice to top up the account . To have enough funds to cover that changed plan on renewal . Then it’s should be good after that . Just sometimes when going to a higher priced plan auto pay can fail thinking it’s over charge
