I am a current Public Mobile Plan holder and am unable to change to the 4G, 20Gig plan for $55? Can’t seem to “select” or “activate”?

Plans are there and are available. Just use arrows on right side of the screen. Sometimes different browser might help.

@SIXTY6 hi right next to change plans use the down arrow to scroll down to your plan

@SIXTY6 Try to use Incognito mode again
Also, you can scroll list and see the plans? Make sure you are using the Yellow arrows on the far right (or at the bottom if you are using mobile browser)
Once you found the plan you want, click either "Change plan now" or "Change plan on renewal date". Make sure you understand the difference. People usually choose "Change plan on renewal date' if you don't need the new speed or data urgently
