My plan was supposed to have changed to the $40/15gb promo plan today (Nov 4th), I scheduled it a few days ago, as I didn't want to lose any of my already-paid-for old plan.
Today, I logged in to check to see if the change took effect, and it hasn't, it still shows me on the old 3G/250mb plan. in fact there's no longer any mention of the new plan anywhere, it's gone as if I never scheduled it.
What happened ? Can I get this fixed ?

thanks for the reply, it was the browser cache. Yes, I paid, I have autopay setup.

Thankyou computergeek541 - that was the problem. I logged in with a different browser and I see the updated plan.

Did you pay for it? Click the little spinner refresh icons lower down or use private mode to see if there's updated information.

This could be a cached version of the website that you're viewing. Click on the page refresh icon on the Self Serve page. If that doesn't work, clear the browser's cache and cookied and then close the browser. Restart the browser and log back in to check your plan details for the updated information.
