1. Remove autopay
2. Declare phone lost/stolen
3. Port old number to other provider
After 90 days of no pay (account suspended in #1 and #2) your old account will be deleted, number lost.
#3 will close account immediately.

If you manual changed your old numbe in your account. The system will cancel the old number.

how did you get a new number ? If you did it yourself within your account, the old number is already gone.

How did you acquire the new number?
If your old number is on an old account then just stop paying. Turn off the subscription so it won't renew.

@DougCram If you just changed number on the account no need to do anything . But if your created a second PM account with nee number and want to cancel the old PM account log into the old account and turn off auto subscribe
