I ordered a phone and never receive a tracking number and the phone never came.

Have your credit card been charged?

 

Contact CSA and create a ticket.

Have your credit card been charged?

Do you have any proof you did order phone from PM?

If you do, contact CSR as per above links and let them help you. Creating a ticket is the best way as it can be tracked whoever is resolving your issue.

they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

@BlairC   When did you order the phone?  Phone orders could take 2 weeks.

Contact a CSA by submitting a ticket.

  1. How long will it take to receive my Certified Pre-Owned phone order?
    • Your order will ship via Canada Post or UPS and you should receive your order within 10 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number; you can track your Canada Post package here, or your UPS package here.
    • If it has been more than 10 days, and you have not received your phone, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support Agents here
    • If your phone cannot be delivered to the address you had provided, we will reach out to you via email for next steps to re-ship your order.

If you have an order number, try tracking it on Canada Post website:

If it's past the promised delivery date, contact CS for help:
