Unfortunately my phone will not connect to the mobile network at certain (in-town) areas, showing "Emergency calls only". My partner is also on Public Mobile and has no problem connecting to the network at those locations, with a different phone of course. I am on a Galaxy S22 Ultra. I ha e tried resetting network settings as well as a full factory reset on the phone.
Travelling ~10 km away will often allow my phone to connect to the network, it almost seems tower specific. Help!?

Can you and partner swap sim cards to see if the problem isn't with your cell ? (Ignore if either uses esim)

in your cell settings, change to 4G/LTE instead of 5G...see if that makes any diff.
