I bought a Google Pixel 3 in October 2021 from Public Mobile. Your site said there is a 1 year warrantee on all phones. The phone is now having charging issues (starts charging and then stops, starts and stops). Seems like the phone is on its last legs even though it isn't damaged. How can I invoke the warrantee to have it replaced with a different Pixel 3?

They will direct you where to bring the phone and they will determine next steps (repair/replacement, etc)

@danaiken_pei Yes, it is one year full warranty. Whether a replacement or a repair will depends.
