I purchased a new phone and I cannot transfer the number as it says transfer not supported.

is that about new subscription for phone number porting?
If it is, are you with Koodo Prepaid?
And while most phone numbers can be transferred around but small set of numbers are tied to specific carriers due to some technical limitation. Can you provide me the Area Code and next three digits for me to confirm if it can be ported into Public Mobile?

@TheGari So your existing customer that just bought new phone ? If so just take physical SIM card out of old phone and put it in the new phone . If you have eSIM then you need to download public mobile app on new phone and rebuy esim , the system should recognize your eSIM user and bill will be $0 at check out .
