I transferred my phone number from Fido yesterday but I cannot get many text messages/phone calls. Replied YES to the text message from Fido. Oddly enough, I thought it was fine because I tested texting/calling from my a different phone number and that worked... maybe because it was a Telus number??? But today I cannot receive other texts/calls. Looks like the transfer didn't fully work???
My phone number seems to be in a weird limbo. Worst part is that I already called to cancel my Fido subscription earlier today. I thought it worked (it could text/call and receive from my wife's Telus number). What are my options???

Just click on the Chat button and type in Submit a Ticket for an agent to look into your SIM issue.
It could be a provisional issue.
