You know, details ... just don't presume we wanna guess.
We're just other customers like you - we don't have access to your account like Public Mobile staff would.

@marinmacp let us know if you just join PM network and request porting in your phone number?
If you just activated with porting request, this could be a issue with incomplete porting. Let us know and will send you a number to porting support team
if you have been with PM long, then it could be network issue instead. Try to change the Preferred network or network type to 3G Only
