Hi,
As title says, stuck in SOS mode this morning.
Bill paid, minutes available. Toggled airplane mode on/off. Restarted five times. Both manually and automatically selected carrier. Drove to different spots to see if it was where I was. Reset phone network settings. Both my sons who have Public are able to make and receive calls but I can’t.
Tried chatbot, links won’t work and I have no clue who to send a message to to get assistance.

Did you try your SIM in another phone?
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here
