@Gillkenny That's not normal. In some cases not being able to receive texts is the only symptom. Best to submit a ticket and ask them to reset your account.

@Gillkenny Sorry to hear that this happened to you . Turn off your phone, remove the SIM wait 5 minutes, reinsert it and turn the phone back on. If the problem persists contact a moderator and explain your situation. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen. This connects to the autobot Simon. Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one .

Known glitch...when add-on ends..could take 24 hours for everything to get back to working order.
When did you buy add-on? ...and what stopped working?
Be sure to reboot your phone as well.
