None of the help articles give any guidance to the problems I am having with 2 phones I just ported. I need to talk to someone. Is there a phone number I can call?

Communication is done through dm a CS_Agent.
Remember to use 2 different email address/account.
The steps must be followed in exact order if you are porting your number over to PM:

But we would like to help too. What problem you have? The sim not connected to the network or just not able to receive inbound calls? If the sim connects, able to make outbound calls and just not inbound calls, it is problem with the port. You got a text from your old carrier? you replied Yes?
And you might want to remove your sim card with the old carrier, or disable the old esim, just have the PM sim or esim there and set as Active
