For some reason my phone has stopped working and network shows sos. I have put my physical sim in anther phone and same issue

@Peterma196 While waiting for support also if you have taken the SIM card out of the phone make sure it’s the right side up in the SIM card tray sometimes this happens and easy to not notice

sounds like sim is gunny-bagged ! PM has esims available for $5, or get a new hard sim from Amazon for $5. Then change the sim number yourself in your account.
