Phone service not working

Recently had phone number changed with a PM Moderator and the phone worked for awhile and now I have no service.

Also can you please verify my telephone number which should be xxxxxxxxxxxx.

tried to call from any phone 1855-478-2542 and enther your phone number to check out what the status.

@Apple107 did you try to put your PM sim in another phone and see if it eorks?  this might force a som re-provision and could resolve your issue

 

For your phone number,  you can check it by logging into My Account 

 

if that didnt work and you need to open ticket wirh PM:

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at: 

      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
