Phone says No Service

Activated phone yesterday. Had to get it unlocked. After that, SIM is saying No Service. Automatic payments were set up, and payment has been taken.

It was scanned in. It showed service before I got the phone unlocked, after that it stopped showing service.  My account can't be set up, as no service on the phone to receive the text.

Thank you though, I appreciate your help.

Replies are claimed to be up to 48 hours but they're having some difficulties right now with a system update.

If someone else did all this then I would certainly look at the number on your card and at least looking at the last 4 digits. Then wait to see if the mods can tell you the full #. Typos can happen all too easily.

But I'll step back.

Phone was activated in store, validated against paperwork provided from store.

Unfortunately the My Account only shows the last 4 digits in Change SIM. I'm not sure where else to see the SIM # to make sure it's correct.

Yes. And to ensure the old SIM from the previous provider wasn't put back in.

Yes, several times. Removed the SIM, validated it was the correct one.

"validated" Do you mean that the number on the card matches what you entered?

Yes, several times. Removed the SIM, validated it was the correct one.

Did you power cycle the phone?
