Hi there I'm trying to reactivate my phone but I can't payment did not come out there for a phone shut off I need it back on thanks money is in there

Login My Account and pay.  If your account already suspended for missed payment, click Pay and Resume Services 

or you can use this link to load enough fund , make sure you add E911 fees on top of the regular plan amount if your province is one of those that charge E911 Fees

can you still login My Account?  If you can, login My Account and there will be a button, Pay and Resume services, click to pay
