I went to Walmart today and explain to the man that I needed to pay my phone bill. My plan is the 50$ plan with 6.5G of data. I explained to him that I would to switch it to the 50$ 8G promo that’s on. He told me he put me on that but didn’t. How can I get it switched to that plan I don’t want this one and I just paid money for it but didn’t receive it !

Did you pay the Walmart representative? If so, then that's a problem because as Will said, this is a self serve service. Switching plans doesn't cost any money, switching right away does make you pay the full cost.

It could be also he did change your plan but it is slated to change on the next cycle. Again, this doesn't cost a penny until the next cycle is billed.

@Monty1, this is a self serve type service, pretty much like a cafeteria.  The person at Walmart lied to you if he said he can look after your account needs, unless you gave the account login to him to access your account.  If you have not created a self serve account, the follow knowledge base article shows you how.  There are other knowledge base articles covering the various aspects of this service.  It is a recommended read if you are going to be using this service as it is intended to be used.

Log into self serve and check the plan you have and available funds
