When I am not logged in to my Public Mobile account and browsing plans, I can see the $24 plan with 4GB of data at 4G speed with unlimited Canada wide calling and texting, but while I am logged in, I can not find it while browsing plans and that is the plan I want.

sorry @liamcosmo , the $24 plan is for new activation only. You can try to ask CS agent to see if they can help, but it really depends. If you want to go ahead and try your luck, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
