Phone plan not changing

My Public plan did not change on plan renewal date when it had confirmed it would. I have $40 plan currently and wanted to switch to the $41 plan with 4g. Now if I must change it’s telling me to pay again when I had payed yesterday or wait another month for it to glitch again and not automatically change my plan.

HI @San20   do not try to change again now as it will get money from you again.  You don't want to pay again in 2 days

 

Please message PM Support directly and explain what happened.  Maybe they can just take the difference and upgrade the plan for you today. 

(there has been report that Chatbot ticket is having trouble, please open via messaging)

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@San20 Hi log out and clear your cache log back in using a different browser in ingognito mode it may refresh your account

It will take 48 hours to switch over to 4G.

You will need to pay for the extras cost to 4G including taxes but you are AutoPay you should be fine.
