HI @cariboucharity   there is a service charge to online voucher.  Voucher in store is has no extra charge

You can purchase a voucher and call 611 to pay for your bill.

You can purchase them from:

@cariboucharity   You could purchase a voucher available at most retailers, gas stations or convenience stores and load the funds by dialing 611 on your phone.  Another option is recharge.com that will email the voucher but add a small fee for this service.  That gives you time to sort out the login issue.

 

@cariboucharity    You need to remove your email from your post by selecting the down arrow on post and then edit/delete.  Not wise to post any personal information on this forum as it's open to anyone with internet access.

HI @cariboucharity   what was the error message?

 

if you know the username and password, try to use Incognito mode, or try on another device, better to try on a laptop or desktop

 

If you forgot the password or login, open ticket with CS agent

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
