Phone order status

I ordered an iPhone on Aug 20, and have yet to receive any other updates or notifications about delivery. I chatted with a Customer Service rep and was told it will take up to 10 business days for delivery. Still no word even after the 10 days.

 

I logged a ticket, and the auto reply says I would hear back in 48hrs. Few days later still no word.

 

What am I suppose to do now? Any advice?

It looks like there is a lot of recent complains on CSR's response and assistance. What is going on? I always praised MODs for their promptness and this is becoming quite disturbing...

@KevinY111   They are really delay last in terms of replying.  

 

did you your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right)  CS Agent will communicate with you there

 

Since it has been 5 days, I would direct message them again

I've already submitted a ticket to CS_Agent on Sept 3 using the methods above. Still no updates on my order and my ticket.

 

Is the only option to keep waiting?

How long will it take to receive my Certified Pre-Owned phone order?

  • Your order will ship via Canada Post or UPS and you should receive your order within 10 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number; you can track your Canada Post package here, or your UPS package here.
  • If it has been more than 10 days, and you have not received your phone, please submit a ticket to our Customer Support Agents

they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

Type CPO phone
Click Track my order
Click I still haven't received my phone yet
Click Click here to submit a ticket

Follow the screen to complete ticket submission
