If your renewal date is coming up (day before renewal). There is a standard blurb that if you have AutoPay or have sufficient funds available…disregard the message and your Plan Status will show Plan Expired.
It will return to normal the next day.

Do as i write up above, not as i write down below.
Might be confusing to a newer user who has minimal exposure to what has become a trend to include CSA contact info on the bottom of many user's posts.
I think that's all that's being proposed.
But what do i know... 🙃

First things first, @cmbtfarm
Are you COMPLETELY without all calling and SMS and data services?
Only asking because a lot of customers believe that messaging on their self-serve on the eve of renewals cause them to believe they are 'canceled' or 'expired' or 'deactivated'.

HI @cmbtfarm How long you don't have your service? Can you login to My Account?
If you have not used PM for over 3 months, and not pay, your account would be closed. If that is the case, there is nothing you can do other than buy a new SIM and activate a new account.

If suspended for over 90 days, you number, account and access to self serve is closed/gone.

Is your account cancelled or just your plan suspended? Can you log in or call 611 to get your basic account info? If so you can do this yourself. No need for customer support.

@cmbtfarm : Might you mean suspended? What recording do you get when you call 611 with this SIM in? Or has it been more than 120 days since you last paid?
