I activated my daughters account in August. I transferred her old Rogers number to Public. This week on Wednesday her phone number was changed to a different number without our permission. We need to change it back. I forgot to cancel her Rogers pay as you go and was charged by Rogers Sept. 10. I was then charged by Public Mobile - Sept 15 and then my daughters number was changed to a different random phone number. She wants her old number back but I need to change username email as the email used has changed.

@HBOMB : It sounds like you missed the step of confirming the transfer. You would have needed to have left the old SIM in to confirm the text.
Try using the Change Your Number function to re-start the transfer. Put the old SIM in the phone and wait for the text and confirm.

To change her self serve email would need to be done by a CSA.

If her Rogers phone number was ported (transferred) to PM then her account should have been closed. You should contact Rogers.
