In my account profile it has a different sim and phone number. I've tried to change it back to the old phone number but it didn't work. I tried selecting a new number but that didm't work either. What should I do, my phone cannot receive or make calls.

why you have different sim?
remove all non PM physical sim, disable all non PM esim, keep only PM sim first. Then reboot phone and reset network settings and try again
