Hey @Shaun5106 did you get this resolved? Like was there a timer before you can try again?
For phone support, your basic *611 w/ basic automated options are the only availability. Maybe there's an option there for security functions?!?

Send a private message to any moderator ( @Shazia_K for example) with your phone number and a description of what has happened. Turn on email notification of private messages as account resets expire quickly.

The "phone number" thing ain't going to happen. Not providing customer service via phone is Public Mobile's business model to save on costs and offer affordable service for everybody.
Customer service via this community is awesome and issues are resolved in a turbo speed manner. Better than waiting in line for hours like at some other carriers.
