My outgoing calls work on Public Mobile,but incoming calls are still routing through Lucky Mobile. Looks like my number transfer is incomplete. Can you please help?

Did you reply to the text from Lucky confirming with YES that you are porting over to PM? There is a 90 minute window for you to reply.
To complete the porting, you will need the assistance from a CS_Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
They will contact Lucky to resend the text if you miss the text. They will also complete the porting if you did reply.
