I tried to transfer my Telus Mobility phone number to replace my Public Mobile phone number. I did everything, I even answered the confirmation SMS with capital "YES". Number would not transfer.
I was told Public Mobile has a porting support phone number, would someone please let me know what it is so that I can resolve this porting problem.

It sounds like you did everything correctly. But contact a CS_Agent to resent the confirmation text to you again.
