If you are porting out, leave the PM SIM in your phone and contact your new carrier to complete the porting process.
If you are porting in, leave the old SIM in your phone and contact PM CS_Agent to restart the porting process.

If you have not received the SMS to authorize the transfer request for your phone number, you’ll need to contact a Customer Support Agent > Chatbot

make sure you have your old sim and the the account you want to leave is still in good standing
If you are transferring your phone number, you will need:
Your account number from your old service provider or your existing mobile phone
Your original SIM card & active service with your previous provider so that you can receive a number transfer request SMS

Are you porting out?
If yes, you have to leave your PM SIM in your phone and both accounts have to be active.
