Phone number not available

Trying to send a private message to a mod about my number not being available suddenly. Any advice?

That's not the way to do it...the best is to write a message to the moderator TEAM and not personally...

Send them a message with detailed discription of your concern. It could take up to 48 hours for a reply (usually less) so please be patient.

It was our previous number. 

Was called (on another line) by someone from Telus who left a message telling us that the new number was deemed no longer available and to leave a private message on this board to the Mod. Being that I am very new here, I’m lost on how to properly do this.
