I transferred my daughter’s phone number from Eastlink and it all seemed to work. We received the message, said yes, etc. Our next EastLink bill still showed her number, and when I spoke to the EastLink rep they said it was not transferred. They cancelled her account and now her number doesn’t work at all. How do we fix this? We don’t mind getting a brand new number, but how do we even do that?
