Phone number change - New account just registered

Hi, 

 

I decided I did not want to keep this number and want to change it. I just signed up 1 hour ago. I tried changing the number online but it keeps saying number change failed. 

 

Any help is appreciated!

I think it's only one number changed per 30 days with a number from public mobile...? Next month..??

I am a new customer so maybe a cooldown for 30 days is in effect?

Have you tried a different browser or using incognito mode?  I was having some issues with the self serve and had to do that
