Hi there we have paid on March 11th and good for a month, shows active when I login to public mobile but phone msg says expired?

Requesting a phone call back for help. Phone hasn't been working for sometime and it's frustrating not able to speak to anyone

If the above fails, @Sachin10 , contact a customer support agent.
These issues are affecting way too many customers.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request). Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts, or,
Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@Sachin10 does your phone shows connecting to PM or not connected?
is it just voice having issue? do Mobile data or sms work?
If you pay on Mar 11, you account should be paid till April 10.
try to turn off the phone for 5 mins and power it up and test
if you have another phone around, test the PM sim card there
