When this happens to me, I have to log in and out of my account, on a different browser. After this it usually works.

Clear cache and go incognito on your browser on a laptop or desktop computer before login.
Check to see if your account is still active. If not, enable AutoPay or add voucher. Vouchers can be purchased from these locations:

Have you checked if there’s an outage in your area?
Have you checked if your account status is active or otherwise?
Have you checked if your last payment went through?
Have you checked to make sure your device settings are okay?
