If your account was suspended and you paid the bill now, sometimes you have to reactivate it manually.

@Nikiakyaira , is the phone able to connect to the Public Mobile network? Try a reboot.

hi @Nikiakyaira login with Incognito mode again. Check if the status shows Active. If still Suspended, check if the money still sitting as Available Fund and wasn't used for renewal. If that is the case, click Reactivate my plan button again. PM will use the money from Available fund for renewal.
