Top upped with vouchers funds are available on account 

Phone was suspend on the 19th payment was made on the 20 

Phone never reactivated after payment how can I get my phone going more then enough balance to activate plan

Sorry you are having trouble, only a moderator will be able to access your specific account information and re-activate your service. Click this to send them a message

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)

No plan change at all phone wont reactivate same plan

Since it did not re-activate only a moderator will be able to access your specific account information. Click this to send them a message Once it reaches 90 days inactive/suspended it will be deleted and removed

 

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but send a message to the moderator team and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number and they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)

Did you change plans from previously? If so you will need to contact a Moderator.
