Phone not working

I topped up my phone today, it’s active but my calls text and data aren’t working

Did you make sure Data Roaming is turned On? also make sure that your phone has service and is connected. if not call public to try to activate your phone

You can also verify that data roaming is on. I found that switching this off will cause issues with sending and receiving text. Also confirm the device is connected to the carrier network by going into settings> mobile network (may be different on your phone).

do you see the phone showing it connected to PM network?

Try to reboot the phone once.     In case that does not help, try to reseat the sim card or try to put the sim cad in another phone
