Phone not working

My phone seem to be not working said it be working after 24 hrs and still nothing. Account says it disabled

Have you allowed your service to go unpaid for more than 90 days? If so your account is cancelled and deactivated. If you cannot log in then calling 611 will give you your account status.

I can’t even get in to my public mobile account either

@Manthorne1979  account said disabled... so, you got this from My Account?

 

When was the last payment date?  did you setup Autopay?  If so, maybe Autopay failed and hence service was suspended?  You can go to Payment ->Transaction History to confirm the last payment date.  If it is over 30 days, then, it's a payment issue causing the suspension.
