I made my payment and it took my money but my phone is not working it’s telling me I don’t have a long distance plan but I do

@Lilchicky887, if your account is active, it is possible that a provisioning problem is affecting your ability to make calls. If the lost phone/found phone toggle as suggested does not work, then you need to contact the moderator team to have them reset the account. Try the lost phone trick.
Lost/stolen trick ... try to go in your self serve account and in the tab plan/add-ons and click on lost/stolen your phone. Close your phone few minutes and open it again. Click on find your phone.
