I'm lost my phone. I would like to cancel it. What can I do?

If your phone was an Android device you might be able to find, lock, or erase a lost Android device. Click here for more info.

@vincent99 as long as you find/ replace your phone amd buy a new SIM within 90 days. Follow the steps to reactivate your service:

If found -

1 Take your phone off of suspension.

2 Add back your autopay credit card. 

3. Restart your phone.

Lost - 

Repeat steps 1 and 2

3 Use the change SIM feature to add your new one.

4 Restart.

In both cases, use the reactivate account option if needed.  Use This link here to see how to use the reactivate account option.

If your Phone is lost or stolen, you can Suspend your service if you’d like to prevent any calls or messages from being sent or received.

Doing so will not keep your plan from expiring

it will ensure that your credit card is not charged at your next renewal date if you’re on AutoPay.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Log into your  account
  2. Go to Plan and Add-Ons > Lost/Stolen Phone
  3. Select Suspend Service

Hope you find your phone

@vincent99First log into your self service account and apply the lost/ stolen feature. This immediately stops service to your phone. Remove your autopay credit card . Then contact a moderator and explain your situation,  and ask them to put your phone on the blacklist . Click on the green questionmar in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon.  Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one . (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket ).

Log into your account, select plans/add-ons tab, then phone lost tab and suspend.  This will suspend services until you find your phone and then can go back to report phone found and resume services again.
